All items are subject to a 30 day return policy if returned to our address in resalable, unused condition. We do not refund postage on items which are returned.

If returning an item for fault, please email us info@universaljeepsupplies.co.uk stating your order details, invoice number and postal code. For a quick response, please call us on 01483 860403 during the day, or email and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

All used items sales are final, unless otherwise stated. If concern over a faulty used item, please email or call us, as above.
